Most of our major brand handbags are part of the PK REBUY Programme. The programme guarantees that we will buy back your purchase at 65% of the purchase value - up to 12 months from the date of purchase.

Furthermore, we will add an extra 10% to the value if you elect to receive the funds in the form of a Papillonkia Gift Voucher (to use as and when you like)

We will stay in contact with you over the next 12 months to remind you of this programme, but in the meantime, feel free to contact us when you decide you want us to REBUY your purchase.

2. WEAR AND ENJOY YOUR PURCHASE

Wear your purchase , enjoy it and also make sure to take care of it!!

3. CONTACT US

When it's time to change your item, contact us by phone or message, and we will confirm the potential REBUY value.

4. SHIP IT BACK

Either drop the bag back, or we can arrange to get it picked up from you (UK only).

5. RECEIVE PAYMENT

As soon as we check your bag and verify its condition we will send you payment or a gift card - it's up to you!
